A good way to start is using the result-oriented mindset to your advantage here. It may help you to focus on shifting what results-oriented means to you, especially if you keep getting pulled back to it. An example being chalking it up as a win it you completed a daily task (like completing/progressing french lessons) rather than if you achieve a certain result (passing a french exam). If you view results as progress/small accomplishments over time, you’ll start moving away from the original “results-oriented” mindset.
